Exceptional insulation for extreme temperatures. Our Graphite Felt products are engineered from premium PAN-based or pitch-based carbon fibers through needling, oxidation, carbonization, and graphitization to create a unique three-dimensional network structure. This design delivers extremely low thermal conductivity, excellent resilience, and chemical stability, while remaining lightweight and easy to install. Standard grades withstand prolonged use above 2200°C in inert or vacuum atmospheres, with optional CVD SiC coatings available for enhanced oxidation resistance. These materials are the ideal insulation lining for vacuum/atmosphere heat treatment furnaces, crystal growers, and CVD reactors, while also serving as premium substrates for composite preforms, fuel cell gas diffusion layers, and high-performance sealing applications.
