These molds create a controlled environment where a high-temperature chemical reaction fuses electrical conductors together, forming permanent, molecular-level bonds that are stronger than the base materials themselves.

  • Each mold is CNC-machined to ultra-precise tolerances. This ensures perfect alignment of conductors, a tight seal between mold halves, and smooth, clean weld cavities that produce flawless, spatter-free connections without waste or cleanup hassle.

  • Critical mold surfaces undergo a special anti-oxidation treatment. This protective layer dramatically slows oxidation.
