Graphite moulds are precision-engineered tools crafted from high-purity, dense graphite materials, designed for shaping and forming a wide range of materials through processes like casting, pressing, sintering, and extrusion. Unlike conventional metal or ceramic moulds, graphite moulds leverage the unique structural and thermal properties of graphite to deliver consistent, high-quality results in industrial manufacturing.


  • We use grades of graphite with optimized thermal conductivity and a controlled coefficient of thermal expansion. This minimizes internal stress, drastically reducing the risk of thermal shock and unexpected mould failure, extending service life.

  • Our graphite has a naturally low wettability with most metals. We combine this with precision machining for an ultra-smooth surface finish, ensuring excellent release properties.

  • Our graphite maintains its strength and shape even at temperatures exceeding 2000°C in inert or vacuum atmospheres. For oxidizing environments, we offer specially formulated anti-oxidation treatments to protect the mould surface and prolong its usability.

  • Graphite is easily machinable to tight tolerances. We utilize advanced CNC machining to produce moulds with intricate details and exceptional consistency. This guarantees that every mould and every batch of your product meets exact specifications.
