Extruded graphite is a high-quality, isotropic graphite material manufactured through an advanced process where a mixture of fine graphite powder and binder is forced through a die under high pressure, followed by high-temperature baking and graphitization. This method produces solid blocks and rods with a uniform, fine-grained structure and consistent physical properties in all directions.

The extrusion process allows for the efficient production of long-length rods and large blocks with excellent dimensional consistency along the length. It is the material of choice for applications requiring a reliable balance of mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, and machinability.
