Our specially formulated graphite grades exhibit minimal thermal expansion across a wide operating range (from -100°C to over 500°C in non-oxidizing atmospheres). This ensures predictable and reliable clearances, maintaining optimal sealing and volumetric efficiency as your equipment heats up.

The inherent self-lubricating property of graphite eliminates the need for liquid lubricants in many applications. We can fine-tune the graphite's hardness and lubricity to achieve an optimal balance, ensuring minimal wear on both the vane and its mating surface for extended service life.

Our graphite is highly pure and inert to most chemicals, acids, and solvents. This makes our vanes ideal for handling corrosive process streams where metals would fail, protecting your equipment's integrity.
