Graphite Baffle Plate

Our baffle plates are manufactured from ultra-fine grain, high-strength graphite grades. This specific microstructure provides exceptional thermal shock resistance, allowing the plate to endure repeated heating and cooling cycles without cracking or losing structural integrity.

We utilize high-density, low-permeability graphite and can apply proprietary anti-oxidation coatings upon request. This significantly reduces oxidation rates at edges and surfaces, extending operational life and protecting your process from particulate contamination.

Each plate is CNC-machined to exact customer specifications with tight tolerances. We ensure flatness, uniform thickness, and precise hole/notch geometries to guarantee a perfect fit within your furnace or reactor, enabling controlled and predictable process atmospheres.

Our plates are made from premium purified graphite with minimal ash content. The machining and handling processes are controlled to minimize dust generation.

The selected graphite grade maintains a high level of compressive and flexural strength even at temperatures exceeding 2000°C, ensuring the plate remains rigid and performs reliably throughout its service life.
