Graphite Degassing Rotor and Shaft

We use premium, fine-grained isotropic graphite grades with optimized thermal conductivity. This ensures even heat distribution and minimal thermal stress, dramatically increasing service life and reliability during start-up.

Components are machined from high-density, high-flexural-strength graphite. Critical stress points, such as the shaft-rotor joint and rotor blades, are designed with reinforced geometries and smooth transitions to withstand operational forces.

We offer proprietary anti-oxidation coatings (optional) that form a protective barrier on the graphite surface. This significantly slows oxidation and metal/slag adherence, extending usable life and maintaining consistent degassing performance over time.

Each rotor is precision CNC-machined to ensure perfectly balanced geometry and controlled, uniform porosity. This guarantees a consistent, fine bubble curtain for maximum gas-melt contact and optimal purification efficiency every time.
