We use specially selected graphite grades and a controlled manufacturing process that enhances thermal conductivity and reduces thermal stress. This ensures our nozzles withstand sudden heating and cooling without cracking, delivering reliable performance from the first heat to the last.

Our nozzles can be supplied with a proprietary anti-oxidation coating. This coating significantly slows down oxidation at critical surface areas, reducing erosion, maintaining bore size integrity, and extending nozzle life by up to 30-50%, lowering your total cost of ownership.

We employ CNC machining to achieve micrometer-level precision in bore diameter, taper, and surface finish. This guarantees a smooth, laminar flow, precise control over the stream, and significantly reduces the risk of clogging for a more stable process.

Our high-density, fine-grained graphite formulation provides excellent mechanical strength and hardness at operating temperatures. This results in superior resistance to erosive and abrasive wear, maintaining their shape and performance longer under harsh conditions.
