Graphite balls are precision-engineered spherical components made from high-purity synthetic graphite. Designed for demanding industrial applications, these balls offer a unique combination of thermal stability, electrical conductivity, and mechanical reliability in high-temperature and corrosive environments where traditional metal alloys fail.

Unlike conventional graphite blocks or rods, graphite balls are manufactured through specialized molding and machining processes to achieve consistent spherical geometry and surface finish, ensuring reliable performance in dynamic systems and confined spaces.

  • Our graphite balls maintain structural integrity and dimensional stability in continuous temperatures up to 3,000°C in inert atmospheres.

  • Batch-to-batch consistency is critical for industrial processes. We eliminate the internal voids and density variations common in low-cost graphite products through our proprietary isostatic pressing technology.

  • Standard graphite balls often chip or fracture during installation or vibration-intensive operation. Our enhanced-strength formulation increases crush resistance by 40% compared to conventional graphite spheres, while maintaining excellent machinability.

  • For semiconductor and chemical processing applications, we provide multiple purity grades (from industrial 99.5% to high-purity 99.99%) with controlled ash content.

  • Standard graphite oxidizes rapidly in air above 400℃. Our proprietary oxidation-resistant coating options extend operational life in air atmospheres up to 700℃, addressing the most common limitation of graphite components in heat treatment and forging applications.
